Today (October 2), referring to the Armenian National Committee of Michigan, some Armenian media outlets reported that Michigan recognized the Republic of Artsakh with the resolution adopted today, becoming the 8th US state to recognize the independence of Artsakh.
This news, which is widely spread on social networks, is not really “news”.
Michigan recognized the independence of the Republic of Artsakh on September 28, 2017, with Resolution No. 99.
